Job Overview The Registered Nurse (Clinical Nurse II) provides Family-Centered Care as demonstrated by recognizing the patient, family and/or designee as a full partner in providing compassionate and coordinated care based on respect for patient’s preferences, values, and needs. The Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (CPCU) is a 40-bed cardiac step-down unit serving patients with congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension and acquired heart disease requiring cardiology services (medical and surgical), cardiac catheterization recovery, and pre-and post- heart transplant care. The CPCU specializes in managing patients on the continuum between critical care and ready to discharge, with a wide range of patient acuity. Shift: Full Time Night Shift (3-12hr shifts per week) Are you an experienced adult nurse looking to transition to the world of pediatrics?
