Tracks data regarding intakes and referral sources. Provides guidelines and instruction to staff regarding program promotion, intake and referral processes. Communicates information about patient referred to rehab unit to appropriate physician. Accepts additional responsibilities and organizes scheduled and unscheduled time. Job Summary The Unit Nurse Manager, RN is responsible for the coordination, management, and evaluation of 24-hour nursing care delivery, nursing personnel, and unit operations for an assigned Skilled Acute Unit.
