Prior experience in Family Medicine, Geriatrics and psychiatry preferred. Current licensure in the state of practice as a Nurse Practitioner and maintain such licensure in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Board Certification in Palliative Care Preferred. Active DEA license. Able and willing to travel up to 50% as needed to support business and patient needs. You will report to the Branch Director.
