What qualifications you will need: Current licensure in Alaska as a Registered Nurse Associates Degree in Nursing required. BSN is preferred. Minimum of two (2) years clinical practice in the clinical specialty of assigned unit preferred. Essential Job Functions: Ensure that the unit operates efficiently, meets its goals, manages resources effectively, and coordinates with other units or departments as needed.
