Job Qualifications: Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Certificate/License: Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in PA. Work Experience: One year of clinical experience. Experience with MDS completion, reimbursement, clinical resource utilization is highly desirable.
