Overview We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Registered Nurse to join our growing Otolaryngology (ENT) team! Our ENT nurses provide specialized care to patients of all ages with a broad range of ear, nose, throat, hearing, and head and neck conditions, including sinus disease and head and neck cancers. This position is primarily telephone triage based with additional patient-facing care, including nurse visits and opportunities for hands-on clinical support. The role requires a clinically strong nurse who is comfortable with assessment, critical thinking, patient education, and care coordination. Responsibilities include triaging patient concerns and symptoms, providing extensive patient and family education, coordinating care plans, reviewing medications, and supporting patients throughout their care journey to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Nurses will also support both the ENT and Audiology teams through triage and coordination of care.
