Responsibilities It is the responsibility of the Visit Nurse to coordinate and provide the highest level of hospice care to patients and families. III. Orientation and Training Care Comfort Hospice will provide orientation and training, as necessary, to assist the Hospice Nurse in performing the responsibilities listed above.
