Job Description Position Summary: The Perioperative Resource Nurse at The Guthrie Clinic Health System is designed to fill workforce gaps in high vacancy areas in the ORs. A Perioperative Resource Nurse may serve at either our Level 1 Trauma Center (Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital) or Guthrie Lourdes Hospital (197 bed multi specialty community hospital.) The incumbent will work in the services lines for which they have competencies. The Perioperative Resource Nurses provides a high-level of clinical nursing care to assigned patients, performing related assessments, procedures and treatments, evaluations, patient care plan development/revisions, and education to patient and/or family.
