Patient Care Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and reassessments per policy for adolescent, geriatric, and general patient populations. Assess and reassess pain; apply appropriate pain management techniques and educate patients and families. Revise the plan of care based on patient response and evaluate its effectiveness daily.
