Responsibilities for CNAs: Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens. Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met. Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents. Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. Qualifications for CNAs: Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment. Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required. Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment. Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care. Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
