Prepare reports for internal/external agencies and departments Write policies and procedures for the Department in conjunction with the Director. Maintains effective working relationships with other Departments and members of the Division of Nursing to maximize educational efforts. Works in collaboration with the Director of Nursing Education to oversee daily operations of the Nursing Education staff, ensuring appropriate workload distribution, accountability, and adherence to departmental standards.
