Overview The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible and accountable for prescribing, delegating and coordinating all nursing care as defined by The New York State Nursing Practice Act. Job Requirements Job Description Functioning under moderate supervision, the Clinical Nurse II is, at minimum, a competent practitioner. This level clinician utilizes the nursing process in providing patient care and patient/family teaching. The practitioner organizes and implements safe, therapeutic, and efficient patient care in controlled settings with predictable outcomes. Patients served may include neonate through adult-geriatric. Telemetry Nurse must pass a basic arrhythmia exam and have ability to recognize critical rhythms and seek intervention CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland and BLS certification.
