The Medical Assistant will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), or Physician, assisting with a range of clinical and administrative tasks such as administering vaccines, conducting EKGs, recording vital signs, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to enhance patient care. Perform phlebotomy services. Assist with collection of specimens. Perform labeling and logging of specimens in compliance with hospital standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
