Number of Positions In Requisition 1 Job Details Summary With a commitment to patient- and family-centered care, the assistant nurse manager works with the nurse manager and provides oversight for patient care and nursing services on their assigned unit and shift. They promote quality evidence-based care and patient satisfaction in a fiscally responsive manner. The assistant nurse manager collaborates with the nurse manager in assessment and planning for nursing care. She/he assists in leading the daily operations of the unit.
