Clinical Supervisor (RN) - ICU - Full Time Day Shift

Responsibilities Position Qualifies for $3,000 sign on bonus. This full-time opportunity offers 36-hours per week with full benefits. There is an opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California , is a 120 bed acute-care hospital with the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team (for children 14 and under) provided by board certified Rady Children’s emergency medicine physicians. Rancho Springs Hospital also provides the area's only OB/Emergency Department program, which gives expectant mothers 24/7 on-site access to OB/GYN physician coverage. The Childbirth Center at Rancho Springs Hospital is the largest in the region and features spacious family-friendly private suites. Rancho's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is operated by Rady Children’s. Clinical Supervisors are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned unit(s). Clinical Supervisors will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the SWHS Core Values and the hospitals mission statement. Clinical Supervisors will act as a resource and leader in the assigned unit(s). They will demonstrate critical thinking in the management of patient care and patient flow, possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Charge nurse, supervisory expertise in department specific preferred. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATION Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program BSN preferred REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
