Practice Locations Providers may work at multiple Fairfield County locations, including: Trumbull Fairfield Norwalk Westport Stamford Shelton Stratford Monroe Wilton Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Connecticut APRN or PA license (or eligibility) FNP Board Certification or NCCPA Certification Minimum of two years of Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or comparable acute care experience Comfortable treating patients of all ages Preferred Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine experience Occupational Medicine experience DOT certification or experience performing DOT physicals
