Monitor infection control practices and support corrective actions when needed. Ensure documentation standards are met and assist with chart reviews. Resident & Family Communication Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns. Support care plan development and attendance at care plan meetings as needed. Operational Support Support survey readiness and participate in the survey process. Assist in managing clinical supplies, equipment, and staffing resources. Assume responsibility for the nursing department in the absence of the DON. Qualifications: Current RN license in TN in good standing. Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience required.
