What You'll Do As an LDRP RN, you will: Provide individualized nursing care to antepartum, laboring and postpartum patients and their newborns. Assess patients, develop and implement plans of care, and evaluate outcomes. Recognize and respond quickly to changes in maternal and newborn condition. Participate in deliveries and provide care throughout the labor and delivery process. Train to circulate for C-sections with support from our OB surgical technicians. Educate patients and families throughout their experience. Collaborate closely with providers and the multidisciplinary care team.
