Preparing for and providing meaningful contributions to the rehab team conferences, patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, family conferences, and caregiver training sessions. Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor plays a key leadership role in managing nursing operations during assigned shifts at Constant Care Agency’s partner nursing facilities in the Bronx.
