The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge in long term wound care in a nursing & rehab facility. Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) Duties Include but are not limited to: Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of wounds in the nurse's notes at least weekly Responsible for all treatments required by licensed nurse on your shift and ensuring the wound care treatments are carried out at other times.
