Day (United States of America) Department: 100 - 830100 TG - Wellness For Life Position Description: The Registered Nurse in the Wellness for Life Department provides clinical nursing services across community, employer, mobile, and other offsite healthcare settings throughout Terrebonne General Health System’s service area. Under the direction of the Director of Employer and Consumer Health, the RN supports initiatives designed to improve access to care, promote prevention and early identification of health risks, provide patient education, and connect individuals with appropriate healthcare services and community resources. This position requires the ability to function independently in offsite and community-based settings while maintaining communication and collaboration with providers, departmental leadership, and other members of the health care. Escalates material or staffing resource deficits to charge nurse, Clinical Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager or Nursing Administrator. (BSN) Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) RN who is matriculated in a BSN Program with a graduation date within the year.
