Overview Endoscopy: Experience the highly appealing aspect of short-term healthcare. If you’re looking for a consistent schedule, eight-hour shifts, and a Monday-Friday work week, one of these units may be for you. Each of these units are moderately paced with a fast patient turnover. These units see a wide variety of patients, including post-surgical patients experiencing orthopedic, gastric bypass, urologic, and vascular surgeries, chemotherapy infusions, and endoscopies. The MAB area has 5 recovery rooms and 5 holding areas and has an appealing Monday-Friday schedule with no on-call. The outpatient infusion area has twelve chairs and has occasional on-call requirements. Preadmission Testing has one intake room and one lab room, and the appealing Monday through Friday schedule. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence , the RN Supervisor supports daily nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides leadership to nursing staff to promote optimal resident outcomes. Responsibilities for RN Supervisor: Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care. Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts. Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented. Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs. Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency. Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines. Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership. Qualifications for RN Supervisor: Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey . Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required. Previous supervisor experience needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
