Minimum 10 years of nursing experience including 5 years of professional management experience including both fiscal responsibility and quality of care responsibility. Demonstrated abilities in research, program development, and implementation. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills; previous teaching experience preferred. Interpersonal skills needed to provide leadership with all levels of staff. Analytical skills needed to assess existing programs, promote research activities, and develop new programs/initiatives.
