Job Overview The Clinical Manager oversees the daily operations of a direct patient care department, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards. Minimum Qualifications Degrees Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master’s in health related field required. Experience Five years of clinical nursing experience, with two of those years including nursing leadership experience. Leadership experience may include staff supervision, leading clinical practice initiatives, serving as a charge nurse or house supervisor, and/or precepting and mentoring nursing staff. Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients.
