A Brief Overview Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Adolescent Medicine department. This position will be Monday-Friday and the shift will be based off of the operational need. Adolescent medicine, bi-lingual, reproductive, sexual health, gender affirming care, malnutrition care and/or substance use experience preferred. A clinically competent practitioner of pediatric, family centered nursing. Provides safe nursing care to the general division population with minimal guidance, and bases practice on identified principles and standards of care. Current and valid state RN License. 2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. Completion of Critical Care Course preferred. 4. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire. 5. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current. 6. Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred. 7. Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred. 8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
