How you’ll make an impact in this role Oversee daily operations of the Level III Labor and Delivery department, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to maintain proficiency and meet departmental goals. Collaborate with department leadership to enhance processes, implement quality improvement initiatives, and address patient care needs effectively. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
