A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Rockland County, NY, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift . The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing operations during the evening shift. The tasks and responsibilities include: Creating an environment that leads to a positive patient care experience by evaluating, planning and implementing effective plans of care and communicating with both patients and their families Serving as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care in an acute or clinic settings Making sound decisions in response to changes in condition/response to treatment while maintaining a calm demeanor Utilizing the Electronic Health Record to document patient care Effectively coordinating with physicians and team members regarding changes in patient status, symptomatology, results of diagnostic tests and critical test values Department:** Critical Care Float Team Location:** Englewood, NJ Status:** Full Time Shift:** Days Hours:** 6:45am-7:15pm Job Essentials A minimum of 1 year of current ICU or ED experience required. Education Requirements BSN required License/Certification/Registry Current NJ RN License, BLS and ACLS required. PALS can be provided if needed during orientation. CCRN or CEN preferred. _Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
