RN SUPERVISOR Duties Include: Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations Maintains nursing guidelines are appropriate Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families and employees. Maintains a safe and clean working environment Maintains resident confidentiality by monitoring confidential information processing.
