Collaborate with the ADNS on interventions to address wound care trends. Communicate promptly with Unit Managers regarding wound-related concerns. Ensure wound care equipment and supplies are readily available. Perform daily assessments of residents pre- and post-nebulizer treatments, documenting findings. Participate in quality assurance audits and data collection for wound statistics. Function independently while upholding facility policies and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing, especially in emergencies. Qualifications Current and valid RN license in the State of New York. Minimum of 6 months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices required. 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting preferred.
