The successful candidate will: Provide primary care services to individuals and families; this will include care for incumbents own panel of patients, as well as seeing walk-in patients of the practice as needed. Document all care provided in the patients medical records. Develop further, maintain/manage patient care panel with participation in managed care programs and other direct patient care programs as applicable. On a daily bases, review all laboratory and radiology reports to identify abnormal results for urgent follow up; ensure that patients are contacted to arrange additional care and that their primary providers are notified.
