At least 1 year pediatric PACU experience is required. PALS and ACLS certifications preferred. Pediatric Critical Care experience (ICU) preferred. The SWAT nurse is a highly skilled, highly trained experienced nurse who provides support to both the ASCs and the main hospital. The SWAT nurse is able to function independently to provide safe, quality and clinically competent care. The SWAT nurse is able to plan, implement, evaluate and document care that is in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. What you will do 1.
