Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Personal Care Attendant (PCA) – Private Home Care Position Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides personalized, compassionate care to clients in their homes and other care settings. The CNA supports clients with daily activities, promotes safety, ensures comfort, and helps them maintain independence and dignity. All care is delivered in accordance with the client’s care plan and under the supervision of a nurse or care manager. Key Responsibilities: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement. Monitor and promptly report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervising nurse or care manager. Support medication management by providing reminders and documenting per care plan.
