As a Health Services Coordinator you will serve as the health care advisor to the interdisciplinary team. Provide basic patient care or treatments such as dressing wounds, treating bedsores, massaging, or performing catheterizations. Measure and record patient’s vital signs, administer medications and maintain information in electronic health system. Provide training to staff. Completing audits as per stringent regulatory requirements. Implementing necessary diet changes when applicable . Ensuring physical , medical, and immunization requirements are completed as per our regulations. Responsibilities for RN Supervisor: Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care. Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts. Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented. Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs. Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency. Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines. Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership. Qualifications for RN Supervisor: Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of PA . Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required. No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
