Communicates, builds consensus, and guides team toward achieving department objectives. Promotes and maintains high quality patient and family centered care in a healing environment. Creates a professional work environment that fosters team member respect, engagement, accountability and optimal patient outcomes. Promotes appreciative inquiry and evidence-based, ethical and compassionate practice. Acquires and manages staffing for patient care unit. Collaborates with HR for requirements.
