Supervises direct care staff and makes decisions about resident care needs during shifts concerning scope of clinical competence, consistent with facility policies and procedures. Responsible in the development and periodic update of written job description for each level of Nursing Personnel. Reviews and signs competency evaluation of personnel. 8. Ensures completion, documentation of Incident/Accident Reports in a timely manner. 9.
