Schedules and Completes Minimum Data Set (MDS) Assessments and care plans for all residents assigned . 2. This role will include opportunities for the NP to act as an ambassador for this service, representing the team at quality improvement discussion, regional and national presentations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with interventional pain physicians during procedures performed in the operating room and procedural areas.
