Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems. Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments. Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, required. 1-2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar direct patient care role (e.g., Medical Assistant externship, CNA, HHA, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician), required.
