Evaluates needs during visits to all areas of the hospital. Communicates with unit leadership during rounding to assess the acuity of care required for patients. Provide support, guidance and feedback to staff. 6. Responds as a member of the Code Blue and Rapid Response Team (RRT). Aids in other emergency situations. Acts as a resource in identifying and solving administrative and operational problems. 7. Contacts department manager, directors, administrate personnel or administrator-on-call for assistance in problem solving in an appropriate and timely manner. Reports significant incidents or problems to the proper leadership such as: o Major utility damage and or outages o Physician concerns o Unusual patient or family concerns/problems o Security problems o Fire, disaster, bomb threats or other matters of legal importance o Safety Issues o Written descriptions about staff performance or concerns 8.
