Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Surgical Technologist I: Education: High School Diploma or GED; requires completion of a Surgical Tech program with the ability to sit for certification OR 2 years minimum working in a Surgical Tech role. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Surgical Technologist/Technician role if completion of a Surgical tech program has not been completed. Licensure/Certification: American Heart Association CPR (BLS) Other Skills/Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
