Maintains effective, collaborative working relationships with other RUMG departments and related practices for best practices, workflow, policy and process feedback. Representative on RUMG committees or cross-departmental team to design and implement common standards. Manage availability of resources/supplies. Monitors patterns in purchasing supplies and ensures timely processing of payments and invoices. Serves as a role model whose attitudes and actions support Practice leadership and goals. Acts as a role model and champion for ICARE and employee engagement as well as the patient centered/patient first care model. Keeps up with current development and trends in the area of expertise.
