Participate in the development of written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each resident. SUMMARY: The RN Night Supervisor performs professional supervisory nursing practice in the care of the physically and mentally ill. Work involves responsibility for supervising the provision of quality nursing care given at the facility.
