This position is located in Lee's Summit, MO. Shift - 8:00 AM - 4:30 Schedule: Monday through Friday Responsibilities: Provide an excellent patient experience by managing the flow of patients, providing excellent customer service, establishing rapport with patients and maintaining a professional demeanor. Conduct Pre-visit plans, room patients and obtain vitals Phlebotomy as needed Administer injections and coordinate vaccines Assist providers with procedures Utilize the EMR system and scan/download documents Complete various administrative tasks as needed such as prior authorizations, RX refills, etc. Conduct telephone screening (with protocols) Cover front office responsibilities as needed Travel between Saint Luke’s oncology clinic locations may be required In this position you will have the opportunity to make a difference in our patients’ clinic experience so we are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and is eager to be a team player.
