Ensures all Medicare documentation follows federal and state guidelines and is completed timely. Assess and evaluates the outcomes of the RAI process to determine additional training, education and monitoring needs Validates that the documentation supports MDS coding. Position Telemetry Registered Nurse Schedule Options Full time/Part-time Nights or Day/Night Rotation; Weekend Program Day or Night Shift; Per Diem Varied Shift Experience One year of recent acute care or long-term care nurse experience is required. Telemetry nursing experience preferred. Education RN Diploma, ASN required. BSN preferred. Licensures/Certifications PA RN license. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
