We are seeking a full-time Nurse Case Manager to cover the St. Cloud area. This position is responsible for the consultation, development, and implementation of the rehabilitation plan. A Nurse Case Manager works independently using their own discretion to assist injured workers/consumers in their recovery so that they may return to work. Department Overview Our Minneapolis neonatal float team is an integral part of nursing services provided within our neonatal community - from the special care nursery up through our level III and level IV neonatal intensive care units.
