Communication & Coordination Give and receive detailed shift reports. Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and interdisciplinary team members. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to infection control practices and standard precautions. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (including DPH and state guidelines).
