Experience with OASIS documentation is preferred. Experience with Homecare Homebase is a plus. Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Ability to travel throughout the Newton service area. Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and assist with up to 50 pounds as needed.
