Review satisfaction of care and services with interviews with families and residents. Develop and maintain an on-call program for the nursing department. Assist with quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university. Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts. CPR certified. At least two (2) years of experience in a nursing leadership role required (DNS, ADNS, Staff Development, etc.). Prior experience with SUDS of behavioral preferred. Compensation: Salaried role with weekly pay ranging from $150,000 to $170,000, based on experience.
