Position Summary: The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide flex coverage across the Pediatric Transplant Center (all organs) and Heart Center, with primary responsibilities in Ambulatory Cardiology, Advanced Cardiac Therapies (ACT), and the ACCU medical team, caring for patients with congenital and acquired heart disease, cardiomyopathy, heart failure, and pre-/post-transplant needs. This role offers flexible coverage across the Pediatric Transplant Center and Heart Center, providing exposure to pediatric and adult populations. Key Responsibilities: Ambulatory Cardiology Provide outpatient care to pediatric and young adult patients with congenital and acquired heart disease.
