Qualifications: 1. Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana. 2. Minimum of (2) years of nursing experience preferred, preferably in wellness or community health. 3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. 4. Experience in community health, ambulatory care, primary care, wellness, population health, occupational health, or other outpatient setting preferred. 5. Experience with Epic preferred. 6. Strong clinical judgement and ability to recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately according to established protocols and scope of practice. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to adapt to changing clinical, operational, and community needs and manage multiple responsibilities and priorities. 9. Demonstrates leadership skills in patient education and community outreach. 10. This position requires the ability to operate a vehicle as a job-related function; candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record acceptable under company and insurance guidelines.
