We are currently searching for a CHHA for a male client in Cinnaminson area. Care is 9am-9pm Monday-Friday and the family does have a cat. Client will need help with feeding and mobility, engaging with the client by reading to him and talking with him is highly encouraged. Client has Parkinson’s diagnosis, is ambulatory but a slip and fall risk. On-going, long term care is needed. Position Overview ChristianaCare West Grove Hospital is seeking Inpatient RNs who are clinically strong, adaptable, and able to manage a higher-acuity patient population in a fast-paced micro-hospital environment. This role requires experience with critical drips, cardiac rhythm recognition, respiratory support, and collaboration through Teams and Telemedicine platforms. Candidates must be comfortable supporting short-term stabilization of critically ill patients—including ventilated patients—while awaiting transfer to a higher level of care. Scheduling expectations include weekend coverage, holiday rotation and defined PRN availability requirements to support safe staffing and patient care needs. Essential Job Functions Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient, age-specific and developmentally/specialty appropriate nursing care by applying advanced specialty clinical nursing knowledge and skills and for ensuring the comfort and safety of patients/families Follow physician's orders in the delivery of nursing care Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records at all times Adhere to required infection control, isolation procedures and aseptic techniques in the delivery of patient care Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as COLA and CLIA regulations Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures Assemble equipment and supplies for various diagnostic or treatment procedures in the specialty service area; perform or assist others with procedures or treatments Handle care in accordance with legal, hospital/facility, departmental policies and procedures, and established standards of nursing care and practice, as defined by the Board of Nursing for that State. Administers medications, treatments and provides direct care to residents on unit according to physician orders and in compliance with facility policies and procedures. Performs physical assessment (or gathers appropriate data) of new admissions and current residents as indicated by change in condition or as required by regulation. Completes assigned sections of resident assessment instruments used in facility. Modifies approaches in plans of care to accommodate resident needs and preferences. Respects rights of residents regarding freedom of choice, consent for care and services, refusals of treatment and implementation of advance directives if any. Completes required documentation of care and services delivered during shift including subjective findings, objective symptoms, interventions and resident responses to interventions.
